A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made this year’s Baskets of Gratitude event possible, helping us provide essential items to more than 2,000 families, children, and individuals in need.
To everyone who came together for this year’s Baskets of Gratitude, thank you. What unfolded these past days was more than an event, it was a shared act of love and care that touched children, families, and unhoused neighbors across our communities.
Because of your hands and generosity:
- • 1,000 family care packages, 800 school bags with supplies, and toys will be distributed this Wednesday through our partnership with Westminster Free Clinic, supporting low-income families and children who are carrying heavy burdens this year.
- • 50 family care packages are being delivered to Tiyya’s youth organization in Orange County, offering comfort and essentials to young people in need.
- • 350 homeless care packages, along with food, are being shared between Feed Streets of LA and The People Concern, bringing warmth, nourishment, and dignity to those without shelter.
Messages coming from these organizations reflected just how needed this support is. how it eases worries during a season when many aren’t sure how they will meet the needs before them, and how deeply your care makes a real and immediate difference.
Your presence, your time, and your heart made all of this possible. Thank you for showing up in a way that continues to ripple outward far beyond what any of us can see.
