Soil Security changes our Climate Destiny, join the conversation at Urban Oil Summit: Terroir! August 7-9th in Los Angeles

Love Button Global Movement is a Proud Sponsor of Urban Oil Summit. Hosted by G3, Green Gardens Group and UCLA Extension Landscape Architecture and Gardening & Horticulture Programs

Urban Soil Summit: Terroir! Will unite a diverse group of leading thinkers in an energetic exchange about the science and actions necessary to create Soil Security, a fundamental building block of human resilience. Unlike most conferences, this one dives deep into the topic of soil and covers a breadth of perspectives rarely found in the same place. Likened to a wild and wonderful dinner party, it embraces both the science and the mystery of soil, and the role it has played throughout human history.
Beginning with the science of soil, presenters will share proof of the huge impact healthy soil can have on our environment, our resources, our health, our future. Conversation will then expand to include sacred soil, the role soil plays in the taste of foods, the color of fabrics, and the way we commune with, and communicate about, the environment. The Summit concludes with action, the economic relevance of soil, and how we can create an economy that restores rather than degrades soil and stimulates a thriving green workforce in the process.
